1. Scope of this notice
This notice describes how the public MyTalee pre-launch website and Early Access waitlist handle information. It does not yet govern future child-photo upload, character creation, book production, payment, or application features.
Before those features become available, MyTalee will publish additional product-specific privacy information.
2. Information we collect
When an adult joins the waitlist, we collect the email address, country, preferred language, consent record, and any optional age-range or creation-interest selections provided.
When someone contacts us, we collect the name, email address, selected topic, and message. We ask visitors not to include child photos or sensitive child information in public forms.
Limited technical information may be processed for site security, rate limiting, error diagnosis, and abuse prevention.
3. How we use information
- Manage the Early Access list and launch communications.
- Respond to questions and privacy requests.
- Understand broad product interest by country, language, and optional age range.
- Protect the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Waitlist marketing communications are sent on the basis of the adult subscriber’s consent and may be stopped at any time.
4. Children and the pre-launch website
The public waitlist is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. It does not require or invite children to submit personal information.
No child photo, child name, exact date of birth, or precise location is required to join the waitlist. If such information is submitted unintentionally, contact us so that we can review the request.
6. Retention and deletion
Waitlist information is retained while it is needed to manage Early Access and launch communications, unless the subscriber unsubscribes or requests deletion earlier, subject to limited legal, security, and backup retention.
Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate records, and protect the service.
7. Your choices and requests
Adults may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. They may also request access, correction, or deletion of relevant information, subject to identity verification and applicable limitations.

8. Security
MyTalee uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the pre-launch website, including access controls, validation, rate limiting, and secure transport when deployed over HTTPS.
No internet service can promise absolute security. The production environment and providers must be reviewed before public launch.
9. International processing
Depending on the providers selected for hosting and email, information may be processed in countries other than the visitor’s own. MyTalee will use appropriate contractual and technical protections where required.
10. Changes and contact
This notice may be updated as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be shown at the top of the page.
