These Terms govern use of the public MyTalee pre-launch website, informational content, contact form, and Early Access waitlist. Product-specific terms, purchase terms, licenses, and child-media rules will be published before the corresponding product features become available.
2. Adult use and family responsibility
The waitlist and contact forms are intended for adults. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether future MyTalee content and experiences are appropriate for a child.
Do not submit child photos, child names, exact birth dates, or sensitive family information through the public pre-launch forms.
3. Early Access
Joining the waitlist expresses interest only. It does not guarantee a launch date, invitation date, price, feature, language, format, country availability, or product access.
MyTalee may limit, pause, change, or discontinue Early Access plans as the product develops.
4. Website content and intellectual property
The MyTalee name, logos, visual identity, copy, illustrations, interface designs, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to MyTalee and are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules.
Visitors may view and share links to the public website for personal, non-commercial purposes. They may not copy, resell, remove branding from, or create misleading derivative uses of the materials without permission.
5. Acceptable use
Visitors must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security, submit malicious content, automate abusive registrations, scrape private endpoints, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity.
6. Third-party services and links
The website may link to third-party services or rely on providers for hosting, email, security, or analytics. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
7. Pre-launch information
MyTalee aims to describe the product direction accurately, but concepts, mockups, planned formats, timelines, and features may change. Visual examples are illustrative and must not be understood as screenshots of a fully released product.

The pre-launch website is provided on an “as available” basis. MyTalee does not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular future product outcome.
Nothing on the website constitutes professional legal, medical, educational, or child-development advice.
9. Responsibility and limitations
